PEF Trackers

Trackers have been designed to allow teachers to understand the progress of their children that are receiving additional support through the PEF funding.

Numeracy attainment tracking

One version summarise the progress of the children at pupil, school and cluster level for up to 4 different types of measures (e.g. NNM, TTS, Stanine, SAS, wellbeing markers).

The pupil page allows you to see the key information about the pupil (e.g. length of the intervention) and their progress across the chosen measures.

The graph can be updated to show the pupils progress across different measures against the average for the cluster. The data shown on the graph is easily changed by selecting the options available in the drop down boxes on the right hand side.

If you are interested in a tracker for your PEF children, a bespoke version can be built for you. If you have any questions, please contact me.

“Through using data effectively, staff across the Earlston High School cluster identified correctly how to improve young people’s attainment in numeracy. Working collaboratively, they combined Pupil Equity Fund allocations to address this gap. Commendably, staff can evidence clearly the impact of this intervention on the attainment of a group of young people in the BGE.”

Wellbeing tracker

A document is being used to track the impact of the coaching and support on pupils health and well being.

The document allows comments and measures to be viewed in one place, given important context to movements in the scores.

School level and cluster level summaries are also included.
